BooknSport acts as an online platform that connects users (“Players”, “Users”) with venue owners (“Court Owners”, “Turf Owners”) for the purpose of booking sports facilities. BooknSport is not a venue owner or service provider. All bookings are made directly between the user and the venue owner, with BooknSport facilitating payment and communication.

3. Registration and Account

• Users must create an account to book or list a turf/court.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
• BooknSport reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of these terms.

4. Booking and Payments

• Users can browse, book, and pay for sports venues through the platform.
• All payments made by users are first received by BooknSport on behalf of the venue owner.
• The amount collected will be transferred to the court/turf owner’s registered bank account within 24 hours after successful booking completion.
• In case of any bank server issue or delay, BooknSport will notify the owner and ensure payment within a reasonable period.
• Service fees or platform charges (if applicable) may be deducted before settlement.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation and refund policies are set individually by each venue owner and displayed during booking.
• BooknSport is not responsible for refunds in cases where the venue owner declines or delays the process.
• In the event of technical errors or double charges, BooknSport will investigate and issue refunds when applicable.

6. Responsibilities of Court/Turf Owners

• Must provide accurate details about their facilities, pricing, and availability.
• Agree to maintain the quality and safety standards of the venue.
• Must promptly update any unavailable slots to avoid user inconvenience.
• Are responsible for complying with all local laws, tax obligations, and safety regulations.

7. Responsibilities of Users

• Users must use the facilities responsibly and follow all venue rules.
• Any damage caused by the user to the property will be the user’s liability.
• Users must arrive on time; delays may result in loss of booking without refund.

8. Service Fees

BooknSport may charge a service or convenience fee for facilitating bookings. These fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

9. Limitation of Liability

BooknSport acts only as an intermediary platform. We are not liable for:

• Venue unavailability, quality, or safety issues.
• Delays or non-performance by venue owners.
• Personal injuries or property damages during facility use.

Our total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the user for the specific booking.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, text, and graphics on BooknSport.com are the property of BooknSport Pvt. Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the website without written permission.

11. Termination

BooknSport reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any user or owner account at its discretion, without prior notice, for any misconduct, misuse, or policy violations.

12. Modification of Terms

We may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the website. Continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Guntur, AndhraPradesh.
